Step 1: Cleanse your skin to remove all traces of makeup and lotions from the skin.

Step 2: Set the Femvy LED Light Therapy Pod to your preferred wavelength, using the instruction manual provided. To select other colours, press the Yellow button. 

Step 3: Put on the protective eye goggles.

Step 4: Lay down flat on your back in a comfortable position.

Step 5: Position the Femvy LED Light Therapy Pod over your face so that it covers your entire face and relax for the duration of your selected treatment (between 15-30 minutes).
