 How to Use the Red LED Light Therapy Cap

1. Plug the cable into the power supply (electrical socket or power bank (optional)), then connect the other side of the plug to the cap.
2. Switch the controller on.
3. Adjust the mode and timer to your liking with the knob switch - the brighter the light, the higher the temperature.
4. You can also opt for the pulse mode by short pressing the power button.
5. Wear the cap normally, and you can resume your activity.
6. Ensure the device has been cool off for a few minutes before another treatment.

Usage frequency

Use the device 1-2 times per day for at least 4 weeks; consistency is key.
