Before You Start

Use the device at night where possible. If using it in the morning, apply sunscreen afterwards, as freshly exfoliated skin may be more sensitive to sun exposure.

Cleanse your face thoroughly to remove oil, makeup, sunscreen and dust. Wait until your skin is completely dry before treatment.

Always patch test first. Test the selected tip and suction level on your arm using the lowest suction setting before using the device on your face.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Power On
   Press the On/Off button. The LCD screen will light up and enter standby mode.
2. Select Your Mode
   Choose Auto Mode for a guided 4-minute program or Manual Mode for full control over treatment area, time and intensity.
3. Choose Your Tip
   Select the Regular, Fine, Body or V-Contour tip based on the treatment area.
4. Start Treatment
   Press the Start/Pause button. Hold the tip vertically and gently against the skin.
5. Keep Moving
   Glide the device continuously along the recommended direction shown on the LCD display. Do not stay in one place for more than 1–2 seconds.
6. Adjust Suction
   Press the Up or Down buttons during treatment to adjust suction intensity. Beginners should start on Level 1.
7. Keep Skin Taut
   Use your free hand to gently pull the skin taut. This helps the device glide smoothly and reduces the risk of dragging.
8. Finish and Soothe
   After treatment, rinse your face with cool water if needed, then apply a gentle hydrating serum and moisturiser. Avoid strong actives immediately after use.
9. Pause or Shut Down
   Press Start/Pause at any time. If the device is left paused for 3 minutes without operation, it will automatically shut down.

Guided Auto Mode Program

The device will double-beep and pause for 3 seconds when it is time to move to the next area.

1. Cheeks: Move from inside to outside for 1 minute.
2. Nasal Side: Move from top to bottom for 30 seconds.
3. Chin: Move from top to bottom for 30 seconds.
4. Forehead: Move from the middle out to the sides for 30 seconds.
5. Eye Area: Move gently around the eye area for 30 seconds. Stay outside the eye orbit and never use on eyelids.
6. Neck: Move from top to bottom for 1 minute.

Diamond Tip Selection Guide

Regular Diamond Tip
Best for cheeks, forehead, jawline, nose and neck. Suitable for most skin types.
Recommended use: 1–2 times per week.

Fine Diamond Tip
Best for the sides of the nose, delicate facial zones and sensitive areas.
Recommended use: 1–2 times per week.

Body Diamond Tip
A larger tip designed for arms and legs. Suitable for body exfoliation and rougher texture areas.
Recommended use: 1–2 times per week.

V-Contour Massage Tip
Designed for the face, neck and body to support a sculpted massage routine after cleansing.
Recommended use: daily if comfortable.

Maintenance & Care

Replace the Cotton Filter Every Time
Always install a fresh cotton filter at the bottom of the tip before use. This helps prevent skin debris from entering the device and damaging the motor.

Clean the Tips After Use
Pull the tip off the device, remove the used cotton filter and clean the internal and external surfaces using the included brush and a gentle cleaning product. Rinse with water and dry completely before storing.

Replace Diamond Tips Regularly
Replace diamond tips every 4–6 months to maintain optimal exfoliation performance.

Store Safely
Keep the device dry and store it in the carry pouch when not in use.

Important:

Do not use on eyelids, open wounds, sunburn, active acne, irritated skin, inflamed areas, rosacea-prone flare-ups, eczema, skin infections or recently treated cosmetic procedure areas. Stop use if you experience discomfort, bruising, excessive redness, swelling or irritation.

Do not leave the suction tip in one place for more than 1–2 seconds. Overuse or incorrect technique may cause redness, bruising, broken capillaries or irritation. Use sunscreen after treatment and avoid harsh exfoliants, retinoids or peeling products immediately before and after use.
