Step 1: Choose Your Needle Depth

Turn the adjustable depth dial to select your desired needle depth between 0mm and 2.0mm.

For at-home use, begin conservatively and follow the guidance provided with the product. If you are new to scalp or facial-area microneedling, speak with a dermatologist or qualified professional before using deeper settings.

Step 2: Prepare and Sterilise

1. Clean your workspace with an antiseptic or disinfectant wipe.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
3. Consider wearing clean nitrile gloves to reduce contamination risk.
4. Open the sterile blister packaging carefully.
5. Pour 70% isopropyl alcohol into a clean container.
6. Immerse the needle head only in the alcohol.
7. Soak for 5–10 minutes.
8. Place the stamp on a clean towel or stand and allow the needles to air dry completely.

Repeat sterilisation after every use.

Step 3: Cleanse the Treatment Area

Wash or cleanse the target area to remove oil, styling product, sweat, skincare residue and buildup. The scalp or skin should be clean and dry before stamping.

Do not use the Bio Needle stamp on irritated skin, open wounds, active infection, active acne, inflamed scalp conditions or broken skin.

Step 4: Apply Your Serum

For scalp use, apply your preferred compatible hair growth serum, scalp serum, hyaluronic acid or minoxidil to the target area before stamping, unless the product directions advise otherwise.

For facial contours, only use suitable skincare serums designed for microneedling or post-treatment use. Avoid harsh actives, acids, retinoids, fragrances or irritating formulas immediately before or after stamping.

Step 5: Stamp the Target Area

Gently press the Bio Needle 60-Pin Stamp onto the target area using steady, even pressure.

For scalp use, work in small sections such as the crown, temple, hairline or widening part line. For facial-area use, focus only on tight contours such as the brow bone or nose, using extra care and an appropriate shallow depth.

Lift and stamp rather than dragging the tool across the scalp or skin. Do not over-stamp the same area. The goal is controlled stimulation, not aggressive pressure.

Step 6: Apply Post-Treatment Serum

After stamping, apply another light layer of your compatible scalp serum, hair growth treatment or suitable post-treatment skincare serum while the microchannels are freshly created.

Mild redness, warmth or tingling may occur and can feel similar to a light sunburn. This should usually settle within 24 hours.

Important Usage Notes

• Use only on clean, healthy scalp skin.
• Do not share your Bio Needle stamp with anyone else.
• Do not use on open wounds, active scalp irritation, infection, psoriasis flare-ups, eczema flare-ups or active acne.
• Do not use if you are prone to keloid scarring unless cleared by a healthcare professional.
• Do not use excessive pressure.
• Do not use daily. The scalp needs time to recover between sessions.
• Do not use if the needles are bent, blunt, rusted or damaged.
• Replace the device after up to 15 uses or within 3 months, whichever comes first.
• Discontinue use if you experience prolonged redness, swelling, bleeding, pain or irritation.
