How to Use

1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
2. The button indicator light will illuminate, and the device will start in the default red light mode.
3. Short press the power button to switch to blue light mode.
4. Press the power button again to switch to red + blue light mode.
5. Continue short-pressing the power button to cycle through the available modes.
   Using the EMS Function
6. While the device is powered on, short-press the EMS button to activate the EMS function.
7. The EMS indicator light will turn on, and the function will start at level 1 (default).
8. Short press the EMS button again to increase intensity.
