How to use

1. Prepare your teeth: Rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece. Compare your teeth to the provided shade guide to track your progress.
   
2. Apply the whitening gel:
   
   • Twist the pen to dispense the gel, and use the precision brush to coat your teeth evenly.
   • Avoid the gums/lips to prevent irritation.
   • Use about 0.5 - 0.7 ml (too much gel won't speed up results!)
     
3. Activate the LED Light:
   
   • Insert the mouthpiece and choose your mode:
     • Blue Light (15 mins): Deep stain removal.
     • Blue + Red Light (10 mins): Maximum whitening + gum care.
4. Post-treatment care: Rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece.
   • Avoid food or drinks (except water) for 30 minutes to let the whitening set in.
