Important: To ensure safety, it is recommended that microneedling cartridges be sterilised before each use. This helps ensure the treatment is safe and hygienic. Here are the steps to sterilise microneedling cartridges:

1. First, ensure that you have all the necessary equipment for sterilisation; gloves, isopropyl alcohol solution (70% or above) and a clean container to hold the solution.
2. Put on your gloves to avoid contaminating the cartridges during sterilisation.
3. Check your cartridge; ensure the needles are in perfect condition (i.e., not bent) and remove any debris.
4. Pour enough alcohol solution into the container and dip the cartridge needle into a sterilisation container, then soak for a couple of minutes.
5. If you have alcohol solution in a spray model, you can spray it towards the needle head of the cartridge.
6. Once the sterilisation is complete, allow the cartridge to air dry before using it.
7. Finally, your cartridge is ready for use.

⚠️ Align to Protect the Chip: The Dr. Pen M9 cartridges use sensitive electronic contacts. Follow these steps carefully to avoid damaging the Smart Chip.

1. Locate the Marker
   Find the alignment arrow/mark on the cartridge interface.

2. Match the Pen
   Align the cartridge marker with the corresponding indicator on the Dr. Pen M9 body.

3. Twist to Lock
   Once aligned, twist clockwise to secure.

Warning: Do not force the cartridge into place. Incorrect installation may damage the electronic contact points.
