How to Use the Red LED Light Therapy Cap
- Plug the cable into the power supply (electrical socket or power bank (optional)), then connect the other side of the plug to the cap.
- Switch the controller on.
- Adjust the mode and timer to your liking with the knob switch - the brighter the light, the higher the temperature.
- You can also opt for the pulse mode by short pressing the power button.
- Wear the cap normally, and you can resume your activity.
- Ensure the device has been cool off for a few minutes before another treatment.
Usage frequency
Use the device 1-2 times per day for at least 4 weeks; consistency is key.
Results may differ for each person; the average initial result can be seen in the first 3 months of usage. Visible fuller results, on average, are seen after 12 months of consistent usage.
